We Deliver ERCES Lifecycle Management
When the fire marshal or Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requires a BDA/ERCES survey, they require documented proof that first-responder radios work everywhere in your building, especially in stairwells, basements, elevator shafts, parking garages, fire command centers, and any other areas designated “critical areas” by the AHJ.

Our Measurement Methodology
All surveys are conducted using:
- Calibrated PCtel SeeHawk™ testing equipment
- 20 x 20 grid methodology (400 square foot maximum grid spacing)
- Documented signal strength thresholds per NFPA 1225
- Structured reporting formatted for efficient AHJ review
Calibration matters because signal strength readings must be reliable and repeatable. Uncalibrated equipment can misrepresent coverage, leading to false passes, false failures, and inspection disputes.
